This is an English translation, provided for your convenience. The Dutch version is legally binding: if the two differ, the Dutch text prevails.

If you use My Notetaker as a consumer, you can withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of taking it out, without giving any reason. You will then get back everything you paid for the subscription (see Article 7 of the terms and conditions).

The quickest way: in the app

Go to Settings > Subscription and choose Withdraw the agreement here. After you confirm, your subscription stops immediately and we initiate the refund. You will see a confirmation straight away and Stripe will send you an email about the refund.

You can also fill in this model form and email it to info@my-ai.nl or send it to My AI B.V., Colosseum 65 (unit 1.12–1.16), 7521 PP Enschede. Any other clear statement is also fine. We will confirm receipt by email.

Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal. They can, however, always cancel their subscription as described in Article 6 of the terms and conditions.
